1. What ScanBridge is

ScanBridge provides general education and navigation around medical imaging in Lebanon. It may help you find a starting point, prepare questions, or navigate the website. It does not provide healthcare services.

2. No medical advice or emergency care

ScanBridge, its guides, directory, emergency card, and Milo do not diagnose conditions, interpret symptoms, images, or reports, recommend treatment, or replace a qualified health professional. Do not delay seeking care because of this site. In an emergency, call the Lebanese Red Cross on 140 or seek urgent care now.

3. Directory information needs confirmation

Center listings are a starting point, not a guarantee. Services, opening hours, equipment, prices, insurance coverage, availability, accessibility, and contact details can change. Call the facility directly before relying on a listing. Community-added listings are clearly labelled and need extra confirmation.

4. Milo is an AI navigation assistant

Milo uses an AI service to generate responses. It can make mistakes or misunderstand context. Use it for general website guidance and non-medical navigation only. Do not share names, contact details, reports, images, or identifiable health information, and do not treat its response as professional advice.

5. Emergency card responsibility

The emergency card is stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for reviewing any information before showing, printing, or downloading it and for safeguarding copies on your device.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security or availability, submit unlawful or harmful content, attempt to access systems without permission, or use ScanBridge to make medical decisions for another person. We may limit access to protect the service and its users.

7. Content, links, and availability

ScanBridge owns its original site content and design. Facility names, logos, and third-party links belong to their respective owners. External links are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement. We may change, pause, or remove features or content without notice.

8. Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ScanBridge is provided on an “as is” basis without a promise that information is complete, current, or suitable for a particular situation. Always confirm important details with a healthcare provider or facility.
